Jesus became a curse in order to set us free from curses.
We carry curses from our ancestors, from our sinful activities or from words spoken against us. These curses make it extremely hard for us to live blessed lives .
We can break these curses from our lives by renouncing sins, repenting sins and repenting sins on behalf of our ancestors. We also need to renounce the sinful activities carried out by our ancestors. Sins from our ancestors bring ancestral curses .
Let’s claim victory from the work of Jesus on the cross where He became a curse on our behalf.
Numbers 21:8 The LORD said to Moses, “Make a snake and put it up on a pole; anyone who is bitten can look at it and live.”
John 3:14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up
Galatians 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.”
