Jesus became a curse in order to set us free from curses.
Through our ancestors, our personal sinful activities or pronunciation by our enemies we’ve collected curses . These curses have made it hard for us to live productive spiritual lives .
We can renounce and break these curses by repenting and repenting on behalf of our ancestors activities that could have brought theses curses .
Let’s acknowledge the work of Jesus on the cross where He became this curse on our behalf.
Numbers 21:8 The LORD said to Moses, “Make a snake and put it up on a pole; anyone who is bitten can look at it and live.”
John 3:14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up
Galatians 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.”
