Let us not live in deception that all is okay on earth! Every human being, a believer in God or in something else, and even the atheist is under a spiritual war. This war was declared by the devil against us humans. Why? We are spiritual beings (in an earthy body) made in the spiritual image of our Creator.
Spiritual attacks are calculated manipulations by evil beings, some of them living in people you interact with every day. These attacks, can come as a battle of many fronts! You will be subjected to heavy satanic attacks on your mind, and at the same time forced to deal with unbelievable demonically inspired verbal hurts from other humans. As if this is not hard enough, you will be forced to beg for acceptance by evil snobs, planted in your immediate social environment. Finally, these attacks will give birth to a horrifying deep-seated fear and a wounded soul!
When faced with such attacks, the fallen nature in us, will get busy to workout a non spiritual solution, for our troubled spirit. I cannot help it, but compare the scenario to a novice, mucking around trying to solve a complex equation in algebra. We juggle every variable, within our reach, to get some peace, and sleep, but we wake up to face the same set of constant nightmares, that we couldn’t wish away, the previous day!
In this confusion, there is a tendency to look for answers or causes, from physical sources, and eager to place a blame, on another human being! This is a common mistake, that holds humans back, from starting a new life of spiritual victory!
In the privacy of your environment deal with evil spiritually and start with you first! Search your spiritual life! Make a U-turn, in other words, repent! Quietly resist reactions, or solutions, coming from the flesh. Seek peace with the Creator. Resolve not to ever hide sin in your life. Make no pacts with the devil! Live in this new found honesty. Honesty, is a slippery road. You will fall many times. Please pick yourself up and keep walking! When you repeat it long enough, those falsehoods living within you, will give you up, and drop off! Then, the roots of evil, will dry off!
It is extremely important, we understand that, the causes of our sufferings, originate from the spiritual realm! “For we are not fighting against people made of flesh and blood, but against persons without bodies…against huge numbers of wicked spirits in the spirit world.” Ephesians 6:12 (Living Bible Translation). It is also important to note that, evil, establishes itself in our lives, by growing roots, that feeds it! These roots are, unforgiveness, self righteousness, revenge, hatred, gossip, anger, spiritual rebellion, etc! Therefore, to win, the solution must start with you! Instead of religiously focusing on futile attempts to eliminate the roots, deal with what is growing those roots in you! If you don’t deal with evil in you, but spent time breaking roots only, there is a high possibility, that new roots will grow back!
Evils or Falsehoods, are defined in Ephesians 6:12 (Living Bible Translation) above, as intelligent spiritual beings, living in a human body, or just wondering outside without a body!
Normally, when an unclean spirit is in a human body, it gets a means (that is, a mouth, hands, eyes, brain, and other organs,) to experience the physical world! As a result of these, evil characters living in you, you will develop cravings for earthly things, such as, the lust of the flesh, pride of life and other addictions!
You will be forgiven to think, that lust came with your generation, and is therefore something new! No, this vice is as old as the devil! In the following example, we see a live action, involving demons, just before the big flood in Genesis 6:1-4. When human beings began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not contend with a humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.” The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown (NIV). In this scripture, a group of demons are admiring human women, and planning to have sexual relations with them! Since demons have no bodies of their own, there is little doubt, that they entered the most desirable human men then. These men, came from the race mentioned, that is the Nephilim! It is clear from God’s reaction, that human men were willing participants! Why else, did God punish them, if they did not give their bodies to evil?
Unless you acknowledge that you can, or you are demonised, and get help, the presence of these beings in you, will no doubt destroy your life. You will struggle with among many others, established roots of low self-esteem, unforgiveness, anger, confusion, jealousy, revenge and wars within you, to gratify your flesh! You will display a personality of demons, which turns you, into an unpleasant person, to be with!
How will you know that evil (unclean spirits) previously alive in you is gone? Once this happens, you will gain favour, with both God and humans. Your spiritual struggles, normally manifested as fear, worry, stress, depression, addictions or cravings, will cease. “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds …” Philippians 4:7 (BSB).
Remember that, you can’t get real peace, when one or more of these evil beings, are still calling your body, a home! So long as they are in you, they will ride your soul like a horse, to do things that destroy your peace, body, social life, family and finally, your destiny! In other words, they are are thieves of our wellbeing! John 10:10 (NIV) The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy…
A demon spirit, behaves like a thief, after stealing a vehicle! It drives your body mercilessly! In the end, you will look like an abandoned wrecked car!
Although many people are demonized, meaning they live under the bondage of subtle habits, it is only in extremes cases of demonization, such as uncontrolled cravings, food addictions, drugs, alcoholism or sexual lust, that you may see destruction of people’s lives, caused by the unclean spirits, driving these cravings! That does not mean, that all is well in the fallen world. No, humans, are silently paying for babysitting unclean spirits, living in them, or in other people! These demonized, stubborn and rebellious people, will continue to blame others, for their many woes, until the day they die.
The good news is, when you realize that demonization is real, you can do something about the bondages in your life. You don’t have to tell anyone, but deliberately choose to seek and know our Creator. This blog site has many articles that can help you get delivered! Once it is all done, your spirit will be free from these beings!
You will gain an understanding, of what it feels, to have a real rest, by achieving an extremely important level of spiritual milestone, a gain in divine peace. You will look back and smile, in gratefulness, for overcoming your spiritual bondages! Your heart, will finally say, ‘I am free at last’.
A few years ago, I was privileged to have a beautiful (and I mean beautiful) spiritual experience. Unknown to me then, I needed to mature first in order to benefit from this experience. I did this by walking through the above spiritual hurdles. Though the walk was unexpected and painful, the outcome cemented in me a spiritual foundation that is not humanly possible. This is something that I cherish knowing that no dark force can ever take away from me.
This spiritual awakening freed me from all bondages and also ignited in me a determination to face mockery from deceived humans who think they are ‘clever’!
These ‘know-it-alls’ are the type who are in constant competition for greatness or recognition! They have unbelievably huge appetite for making a name for themselves! No number of earthly achievements can ever satisfy their need to be regarded as great! They are sadists who mock anything that challenges their belittling mindsets! I once believed in these smooth talkers, visibly perishing mortals, slyly convincing and smiling vipers, shameless demagogues that wear permanent mocking faces that exude spiritual ugliness that could only have been lit by seeds of ignorance from acquired stupidity!
I have also seen these self-righteous rebels crumble and their plastic grins replaced by unstoppable rivers of sorrow flowing from a swamp of unhappiness!
The following scriptures are an encouragement to those who are bullied and treated with mockery by these snakes. Proverbs 3:34 (NIV) He mocks proud mockers… andfrom John 8:32 (NIV) Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
It was refreshing when the truth began to dawn on me. This was not by brain knowledge but through my spirit. It became crystal clear that I am a spirit being living in a body and that my bondages were from the spiritual realm. I also learnt that my real strength in enjoying everyday life depended on regaining divine freedom to my soul. I was astonished when I realized that this freedom that I was now taking by force, had previously been robbed off me by sin, and like any human, this child-like freedom had gradually eroded away since childhood as I slowly lost my innocence! Matthew 18:3 (NLT) Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven.

I have included topics on some specific agents of evil that I came across and wrestled with such as the Jezebel spirit. This is a highly narcissistic spirit that specializes in control, manipulation, plotting, gossip and character assassination of its real or perceived ‘enemies’. This spirit mobilizes as many people as it can to join in its ‘fights’. It is an exceedingly stubborn evil spirit, alive in a person that targets anybody who it thinks is a threat to its established power of control in a given environment. It operates through specific types of people. Through its host, the spirit harasses, bullies and intimidates to look powerful. It can criticize you for anything. It is petty in everything.
Many religious people have in the past tried to paint from their ignorance, a picture of Jezebel as a person that is only led by loose morals! This is a deception from the devil! Though Jezebels have a life of moral failure, they are not defined by weakness and therefore are not pushovers. Jezebels are either legitimate or illegitimate leaders in their environment! A person with this spirit cannot submit to anything that belittles them, anything humiliating or what does not massage their ego! Does this really describe a prostitute? If your answer is yes, then you need help!
Believe you me, an experience with a Jezebel spirit is a horrible feeling! It is something that you don’t forget for a long time!
