LiV Above The Fear of Wickedness

We are living in a world that is full of evil. Humans are against God and against each other. They are so full of rebellion that any instrument of righteousness is seen as an enemy! This has brought fear in the hearts of men and women who wish to live in peace!

Let us not live in fear of wickedness. Instead, seek the love of God and shun any appearance of evil! What may look like an established permanent structure of evil from men will one day in our lifetime come to a sudden destruction. The seemingly weak structures of righteousness from those seeking God are protected!

Proverbs 14:11 (NIV) The house of the wicked will be destroyed, but the tent of the upright will flourish

I have seen with my own eyes men and women practice inequity with ease while building systems that helped them carry out evil against people.

With the same eyes I have unbelievably seen them fall from high heights of pride! In a weird way to me, they have been brought to their knees and the chest-thumping attitude pruned, never to grow again!

A sudden destruction overtook them!

The scripture above reveals God’s promises of protecting the unsuspecting innocent or those who are thought to have build their structures on ‘weak’ materials like faith!

God is in control and we should not worry of those who scheme against us! Let God deal with those who accuse you or sin against you for no reason! When God deals with them, He finishes the job. Their evil ways will never touch you again!

Proverbs 3:30 (NIV) Do not accuse anyone for no reason– when they have done you no harm.

Romans 12:19 (NIV) Do not take revenge…for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.
